Over crowding people into a small area brings human problems, fighting over car parking.
The drive way is too narrow, Pine street has no turning area, so private drive ways & nature strips are used. The quality of life is reduced. I will insist on the Council issuing fines to people who park illegally. Let these poor people access Cobden crescent by car. There's no where to put rubbish bins except on my nature strip. The Council has a requirement to provide high quality living standards. 17 Pine street Lilydale should be bought by the Council and linked with Cobden crescent, as the Lilydale By Pass Road is coming.

The density of this development proposal is totally inappropriate for the area. Assuming that each household has a minimum of two cars, there will be significant parking problems for both residents and visitors. Building 9 houses on a block previously accomodating one house must lead to overcrowding and the development of a future slum.
