I'm concerned about the additional traffic on Broadhurst Avenue resulting from "74 warehouses with ancillary offices" being built at this location. I'm also concerned about the noise and visual impact the warehouses will have for homes along Broadhurst Avenue. Will they be located far enough from homes that back onto the property to avoid overshadowing their homes and gardens? This area already suffers from continuous and intrusive noise and odour pollution, and I fear this development will make the existing problems worse.
