I object this development.
There is already very limited parking on Porter St , Hollywood Ave and Allens Pde. Due to new development 110-116 Bronte Rd and proposed development at 104-106 Bronte Rd (DA-327/2022) and this development the situation will be much worse.
I strongly believe that the third substantial residential and commercial development just a few meters apart will cause overpopulation and is not in the best interest of local people.
