Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - Please find in attachment the town planning drawings (rev 5) for the purpose of lodging a secondary consent for the following changes: i) updating the fence type on boundary facing Bellman lane : a) from : a rendered concrete block fence; b) to : a steel Post and steel cladding fence, Lysaght NEETSCREEN fence or similar, (Colorbond Trimdeck Surfmist) to match dwelling roofing. ii) addition of a gate access from Bellman Lane to the subject lot, to match proposed steel post and steel cladding fence. iii) addition of an infill removable FC cladding to south of garage to match garage finish with removable mesh at bottom of fence. These items are to be removable to facilitate maintenance and inspection spoon drain concealed behind. iv) update of landscape plan to comply with Melbourne Water Asset guidelines (construction within 5m of asset) : removal of bench seat, addition of planting.
