I am writing to oppose this plan to construct 3 dwellings on 16 Cynga Street Preston. You are creating a street with high density living, which I did not sign up for when purchasing my property. You need to balance the several subdivided properties within proximity with no dwelling subdivisions. You cannot keep approving substantial dwelling subdivisions for every block. The street is already very overcrowded. There are way too many cars parked on cynga street currently, and the park at the end of the road is very busy. I ask for you to reject this application. There needs to be balance. I also did not sign up for high density public housing on Cynga street when purchasing my property. There was previously 1 public housing residence. This is not fair. You are going to drive down the price of my property by doing this, and change the dynamics of the street. There are also substantial issues with storm
Water management on Cynga street. Adding more dwellings will exacerbate this issue.
I strongly heartedly disapprove this. I ask for you to take this review seriously and reject this proposal.
