Three storey buildings on this site will seriously reduce the amount of sunlight the neighbouring property. Please limit the buildings to 2 storeys. Situating the buildings closer to Separation St rather than the south side of the block will help.
Both Separation St and Grange Rd are extremely busy for most of the time and all residents must have on-site parking so that the streets are kept clear for traffic.
