- Planning Permit Amendment (Section 72) to existing permit which currently allows: Full demolition of a building within the Heritage Overlay, construction of a multi-dwelling development; construct a fence within 3 metres of a street, associated with a residential building; reduction of the standard car parking requirements and create access to a road in a Road Zone, Category 1, subject to the following permissions: - Clause 32.08-6 – Construct two or more dwellings on a lot - Clause 32.08-6 – Construct or extend a front fence within 3m of a street if the fence is associated with 2 or more dwellings on a lot or a residential building and the fence exceeds the maximum height specified in Clause 55.06-2 - Clause 43.01-1 – Demolish or remove a building - Clause 43.01-1 – Construct a building or construct or carry out works - Clause 52.06-3 – Reduce the number of car parking spaces required under Clause 52.06-5 - Clause 52.29-2 – Create or alter access to a road in a Transport Zone 2 Proposed to be amended as follows: - Increase the number of dwellings by 7 (from 11 to 18) - Extend the development across 56 Carlisle Street - Increase the number of car spaces by 11 (from 18 to 29 spaces) - Increase the car parking waiver by 3 (from 4 to 7 spaces)
