Dear GCCC - I believe this property has been operating as short-term rental accommodation for some months/years, so I am expecting this request will be approved given this is a request to formalise the arrangement. However, would you please seriously consider rejecting this application. There is slow but concerning trend of commercialisation of areas of Chevron Island, especially the riverfront properties, which are not zoned as commercial.
