Laguna Pools are acting on behalf of the owners, who wish to construct an inground swimming pool and spa, with installation of associated pool equipment and permanent pool safety barriers, as per enclosed Preliminary Pool Shop Drawings Revision 5. The owners are also proposing to renovate the existing deck to accommodate the proposed swimming pool/spa, as documented in the Melbourne Water Approval Letter and Endorsed Plans. Luxcorp Building Surveyors who have been engaged for the swimming pool and safety barrier, have requested, Laguna Pools must provide Luxcorp with councils written consent to alter or amend the original approved development, under the Title Doc Section 173 - AR469986L and Part 3.1, We seek a secondary amendment to the planning permit, to allow this proposal to proceed.
