- Concept Development Application for Torrens Title Subdivision on Lot 1 DP 875804 and Lot 2 DP 817692. The concept includes the following: - The general arrangement of roads, identification of land for public open spaces, establishment of environmental corridors, and stormwater infrastructure on both lots; and - Stage 1 works comprising a residential subdivision of approximately 380 lots over 7 substages, including the construction of internal roads and dedication and embellishment of the environmental corridor on part of Lot 1 DP 875804, and stormwater infrastructure for stage 1 on Lot 2 DP817692. The proposal is Integrated Development, pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, requiring general terms of approval from Water NSW under Section 90 of the Water Management Act 2000. The proposal is Integrated Development, pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, requiring general terms of approval from NSW Rural Fire Services under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997. The proposal is Integrated Development, pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, requiring a permit from the NSW Department of Primary Industries under Sections 205 and 221ZV of the Fisheries Management Act 1994.
