Description

Geotechnical investigation will be undertaken for the Zouch Road Intersection as part of the proposed Edmondson Park South development. The purpose of this investigation is to assess the existing pavement profile and undertake CBR testing on the subgrade at the Zouch Road intersection. The investigation consists of drilling 5 boreholes with a truck mounted drill rig. BYDA plans will be reviewed, and boreholes will be scanned by a certified service locator prior to drilling. Upon completion, the boreholes will be backfilled with drilling cuttings and cold mix asphalt. • 3 augured boreholes on the existing pavement up to 1.5 m depth • 2 augured boreholes on the eastern nature strip up to 1.0 m depth
