S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - The deletion of Condition 1a). Reduction of residential bike parking spots, from 95 to 60. Amend the Lift and stair 1 shaft façade material (from Metal cladding to dark grey render). Reduction to the L05 outdoor terrace parapet wall height, from 1000mm to 300mm. Remove the upper spandrel glazing for the room 401, 402 and 403 windows. Change to windows at rooms 101 & 102 to comply with relevant fire resistance requirements above the substation. Add an additional concrete canopy at the car parking area and shift the concrete column to the edge of the canopy.
