Could I please have a clear understanding of “ creation of access to Transport Zone 2” means.
As this shire is aware the lack of clear car parking on these over developed site creates a over flow of car parking 1: on the developed site, 2: the overflow of cars parked in communal areas on site and 3: the over flow of cars parked on the street. Maroondah hwy cannot be used as a car park for lack of parking on the site, we know as fact that there is inadequate parking in these site which then makes parking on the streets unworkable as we then have curbs blocking our natural water flow by parked cars/tyres in the curb and channels. And as we know our shire already has extremely poor water issues as we cannot even get our streets swept due to the cleaning trucks unable to get to the curbs to clean them.
