Description

Modify approved industrial development to amend the western driveway to accommodate B-Double trucks, amend landscaped areas to be reflective on the amended driveway and enable a modified on-site detention (OSD) system to be provided on Site. The proposed modification seeks to amend Conditions 2 and 6 to update drawing and consultant reports, delete Condition 10(d) to enable the western driveway to be modified and delete Conditions 27(a) to 27(k) to modify the OSD system.
