- Existing permit allows: The construction of two three-storey dwellings on one lot with roof terraces, and a reduction in the car parking requirement, subject to the following permissions: - Clause 32.08-6: Construct two or more dwellings on a lot. - Clause 52.06-3: Reduce the number of car parking spaces required under Clause 52.06-5. Proposed amendments: - Addition of metal front fence and mailboxes - Removal of blade walls between porches and garages at ground level. - Change study windows to sliding doors and slight location adjustment to both dwellings at ground level. - FFL of garage 1 set to AHD 2.77 and FFL of garage 2 to AHD 2.82 (slight increase from AHD 2.62). - Reconfiguration of Kitchen/Walk-in Pantry layouts and new powder room added to each dwelling at first floor. - Windows in kitchen to each dwelling at first floor on the east and west elevations changed to louvred windows, with metal louvre screening to each window. - Walk-in Robe window to the north elevation at first floor of each dwelling slightly narrowed. - Dining/meals windows to each dwelling at first floor on the east and west elevations reduced in size (with obscured glazing to 1.7m above FFL). - Powder room added to second floor of Dwelling 1 (along side Bed 2 robe) with a window on the north elevation. - Powder room added to second floor of Dwelling 2 (along side bath) with a window on the east elevation. - Increase the roof terrace area to each dwelling to 46sqm to Dwelling 1 and 40sqm to Dwelling 2. Screening in the form of angled off-set louvred screens above a solid wall to a total height of 1.5m above FFL. - Submission of documents to comply with Conditions 1, 8 and 9 of the approved permit.
