- On reviewing the NOD to issue the construction certificate out certifier Mr Ray Yaman of Bay Certifiers found a section 6.6 un der the heading of Earthworks that he sought clarification from council as to its relevance. On speaking to council engineer Mr David Wong he was informed that it had been included in error and to submit an application for modification to have the NOD amended and this excluded.
