Description: The proposed development includes an expansion of the existing medical practice with a 230m2 addition to the building. Little Pears medical practice is the sister practice to Pear Tree Family Practice. Little Pears specifically caters to specialised paediatric care for patients with chronic conditions that require ongoing management. These appointments are typically longer than a standard GP appointment and are often conducted via telehealth. Little Pears is outgrowing its current footprint and the proposed addition seeks to fix this. The practice operates Monday - Friday during standard office hours. The proposed construction is a steel and precast concrete structure with metal sheet cladding.
