Existing permit allows: The construction of a five-storey building comprising up to 18 dwellings in a Commercial I Zone and a reduction in the visitor and shop car parking requirements Proposed amendments: This application seeks a S72 Amendment to: - Alter/correct Condition 10 specifically: - Re-word Condition 10 to exclude reference to condition 1c) requirements. - Delete Condition 15 which requires a DDA car space - Re-word Condition 16 requiring deletion of second dot point being: - One (1) per retail tenancy (car parking reduction of all retail tenancy spaces is proposed) - Include additional conditions to reflect Green Travel Plan recommendations prepared by Ratio in GTP report dated 18 December 2024 - Delete Condition 18 relating to management of car parking stackers - Include additional conditions to the Planning Permit requiring Rosedale street tree removal and replanting of a new species to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority including any associated costs to be determined by the Council’s relevant department. Changes to architectural plans are summarised in Section 4.2 of the submission letter prepared by Urbis ltd.
