S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - Urbis Ltd continues to act on behalf of Vicinity Centres (the permit holder) in relation to the abovementioned site and permit. We have been instructed by the permit applicant to amend the endorsed Red Line plan via Section 72 of the Planning and Environment Act 1967 to increase the permitted licensed area. Specifically, planning approval is sought under Clause 52.27 to increase the licensed area for Tenant EX022 by 10 sqm.
