Camira must not turn into another amorphous housing estate. This sort of sub division must be stopped. Where will be the infrastructure if Camira becomes densely populated.

Please do not allow Camira to be chopped up and lose it's true value for residents and very importantly our wildlife.
We have not purchased in this area to simply chop up blocks for personal financial gain changing it from the pleasant suburb that it is into an overpopulated estate. There has already been too much for my liking already.
And I wonder if the development at 76-78 Addison Rd had any council approvals. I do not believe the 24m long awning against the western fence would have approval for one thing. The building is an eyesore and is already falling apart. I would question the qualifications of the workers who did this build.
Ridiculous, another blocked chopped up. Please don't let this area be turned into another Springfield, Ripley etc. we bought here for the lifestyle, large blocks and wildlife. Which now seem to be allowed to be chopped up by people who don't even intend to live in the area. Just buy chop and sell. One of our poor neighbours, who have lived in there house for over 15 yrs is now overlooked by someone who did just this . Someone Bought the house, chopped the block up, sold and moved on. They don't care because they don't live here. It needs to stop
