Description

Remove one (1) Coral Tree at rear of property and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This mature, broad domed tree is in good health, its leaves showed signs of salt burn. However, it is an inappropriate species for a parking lot due to its species adaptation of vegetative propagation via branch drop. It is also in an unsuitable and unsustainable location; on top of a precarious garden bed which is in a state of disrepair and is currently fenced off. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk and should be removed.
