Construction and display of business identification signage (including internally illuminated signage) and a dispensation from the parking requirements of the Port Phillip Planning Scheme Proposed amendments include: - Expand the premises into the existing adjoining tenancy, changing the address to 1 & 2/161 Fitzroy Street - Extend signage across both street frontages and increase size of signage - Change Condition 9 to increase the maximum number of patrons from 30 to 45 - Change Condition 10 to increase the maximum number of staff from 2 to 3 - Update the Plan of Management and provide acoustic assessment - Increase available car parking spaces from 1 to 4. No change in car parking dispensation
