Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: A. Veranda and Swimming Pool Area has been reconfigured after coordination with South East Water (SEW). They required more separation between their existing asset (vent stack located at the Laneway – southeast corner of the site) and the pool structure. B. The Carport wall interfacing the wider planter and swimming pool has been reconfigured as well due to new swimming pool layout. C. The window in the pantry has been removed, and a new skylight above the pantry roof added D. Reduced number of operable screens at Level 01 to improve neighbour’s privacy on both sides E. Changed roof material over Staircase to RF02 on PT03 colour (or similar). RF02 is a more appropriate material for roofing instead of the previously specified FC01. F. Fences enclosing bins and water tank moved 1m to the north. G. Mouldings/Trims at West and East Elevations removed, as additional research showed it will not extend as far. Refences for the mouldings/trims made with 12 Villiers St, as attached. H. Minor revisions on front veranda that includes main door replacement, re-instatement/addition of column decorations, etc. Photo supplied as reference only. I. Reference to front fence removed. Design will still match the neighbourhood. J. Slight change in the proposed Garden Area
