4/102 Carrington Road, Waverley NSW 2024
- Description
- Remove one (1) Lilly Pilly adjacent to left side boundary wall and replace with one (1) local native tree from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, this small-medium tree was in excellent health and is approximately 5metres tall. To address trip hazards, the pavers have recently been relaid to compensate for the growth and expansion of the tree's roots, however as this tree is still young, the pavers will continuously require relaying which is unsustainable for the elderly residents of this complex. This tree is also in a small courtyard and within proximity to the boundary wall, which is unsuitable for the tree's potentially large mature size.
