- Remove one (1) Avocado tree from north east property corner, remove one (1) Mango Tree from rear of property and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are in unsuitable locations with insufficient space to mature with unrestricted, proper form. They are within close proximity to the boundary fences and garden shed which their main leaders are impacting. They are also beneath the powerlines which they will need to be continuously pruned away from, compromising their natural form and structure.
