The proposal is to subdivide the existing vacant lot into two lots. Lot 1 is available for independent development. Proposed lot 2 is in two parts. The part east of Murray Valley Highway is to provide service corridor options for development of the land west of the highway. This arrangement also provides options for servicing of the land south of the High Country Rail Trail, part of which is known as Camlen Park Estate.
