Remove one (1) Harpephyllum caffrum (Wild Plum) from the Oakley Road side of the building and replace with one (1) local native tree from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. After reviewing the Structural Engineers Report prepared by Orthos Consulting Engineers Dated 01/12/2025 and taking into consideration the trees age (young), the location in proximity to built structures, and the potential likelihood as the tree matures to cause further damage, I am satisfied the tree cannot be retained.
