10 Yenda Avenue, Queens Park NSW 2022
- Description
- Remove one (1) Phoenix palm from the front top boundary and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This semi-mature palm is impacting the front boundary retaining wall. There is noticeable slight displacement of wall to the south adjacent to the public footpath. As the palm matures the root ball volume increases generating further tension on the stability of the retaining wall and also on the foundations of the common wall between 12 Yenda Avenue. For these reasons the palm has become unsustainable in this location and requires removal.
