Description

Remove one (1) Hibiscus from the backyard, adjacent to the rear boundary and replace with one (1) small/medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At time of inspection, the tree was observed to have dead foliage in the southern canopy and the northern canopy was in decline. There was no new growth noted and the tree had a minimal chance of recovery. There were no visual indicators of tampering and it can only be assumed the trees decline was from environmental factors.
