Description

Remove one (1) Mulberry tree in the side passage adjacent to 127 Macpherson Street and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This self-germinated semi-mature tree has outgrown planting location. The tree's volume has reached a size where the trunk and root system are currently impacted infrastructure (gas & water) and future growth will continue to cause ongoing damage to building foundations. For these reasons the tree has become unsustainable in this location and requires removal.
