Remove one (1) Robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia' (Golden Robinia) in the backyard and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This small tree has decay through the main leader and has inhibited new growth by recurring possum damage. The tree is in poor health with minimal chance of recovery.
