I commend the DA, would be good to see more like it. Helping with additional housing stock is exactly what we need right now, no one can afford a free standing home anymore in Bondi! Looks to be in keeping with the entire locality with all neighbours also being semis. Clap clap

I support this DA and hope to see more projects like it approved. It’s encouraging to see individuals contributing to much-needed housing supply in Bondi — providing homes for more families rather than a single standalone dwelling is exactly what’s needed. With freestanding houses now out of reach for most buyers in the area, this kind of development makes real sense. The proposal also fits well with the surrounding streetscape, where semi-detached homes are already the norm.
A sensible and appropriate proposal that fits the area really well.
Good for us all! more housing is greatly needed. It works in this street as all the others are already semis.
