It is to be hoped that the row of Canopy trees on the RHS of this block are to remain. There seems adequate room to construct the dwellings without removing the boundary trees which are mature and of a good size.
In Particular the tree in the rear RHS corner is one of the most prominent trees for habitat, shade and comfort through shade.
