A secondary house may be good use of large properties but it brings with it a large number of vehicles, cars, caravans, boats, box trailers, etc.
I am passing a great number of these parked along our local kerbs which restrict through traffic flow.
These developments should incorporate adequate off street vehicular parking, each bedroom has the potential for one (or more) car. Where are they to be housed?
