Removal of Elm tree in our front yard tree is 2.5 Metres from house and 2 metres from water tap,twice in past 4 years we have called a plumber for water leaks, on both occasions plumbers have noted the tree roots have damaged the pipes which have caused these major leaks. Copy of works completed attached below. Current advice from plumber is the tree will continue to cause as the roots wrap around the pipes. We are also concerned about possible damage to the foundation of the house. The tree has already lifted concrete that is less than a metre from the house brickwork.tree also has power lines running through the middle of it. Photos of tree and property attached below.
