The business being there is okay, but they operate at the moment anyway. However the issue is they park cars all over the surrounding streets. The cars are broken and look terrible, making the whole area look like a dump. There is no free parking spots for residential cars or guests. If this permit is to go ahead they must keep all their cars on their own premise and not on the streets.

As commented previously cars parked on all nearby streets is an issue. To avoid this becoming an ongoing issue we need streets with residual housing (Lily Street, Irene Street and nearby) to have permitted parking.
