Too many on the block.
The street is already busy and built up with limited parking on the street, hard to drive down the street with so many cars parked on the street making it unsafe for emergency services to move through.
I wish to formally object to the proposed construction of eight double-storey dwellings.
The amount of proposed appears disproportionate to the lot size. Such intensification may also contribute to increased traffic, parking congestion, and strain on local infrastructure.
Development should respect and complement the prevailing character of the neighbourhood rather than overwhelm it. In its current form, this proposal risks setting an undesirable precedent for further overdevelopment in the area (which sadly is already happening)
For these reasons, I strongly object to the application and request that the proposal be reconsidered or significantly reduced in scale to four double dwellings not eight.
