Remove one (1) Cupressus sempervirens (Mediterranean Cypress) from the boundary, adjacent to 17 Clarke Street and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this tree was assessed to be in fair health with low landscape value and retention value. It is within a small garden bed with limited soil volume which it has outgrown. It is on a lean which occurred since the last storm event, as per discussion with the property owner.
