13 Violet Street, Bronte NSW 2024

Description
Remove one (1) Corymbia citriodora (Lemon Scented Gum) from the backyard and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this tree was assessed to be in fair health with a moderately sparse canopy and new growth visible, it was exhibiting signs of stress. On the southern side of the trunk there was a cavity approximately 20cm long by 5cm wide and 5-10cm deep with signs of white rot, as well as borer as a secondary symptom. While there was reaction wood around the cavity, the depth and overall size of the hollow render this tree as having an unsuitable level of risk as the full extent of the decay could not be determined by the Visual Tree Assessment.
