I am opposed to the development application. The existing height limit of two storeys should be enforced and this application rejected. It is unwise to let this type of application through as it will lead to other applications to increase the height limit.

The environmental impact of once again covering 400+ square metres of land with a three story development and the impact this will make on the local marine environment needs to be considered. All housing developmental plans should be limited to 2 stories in Onkaparinga Council. You need to make further investment in stormwater retention especially for a marine environment. 100 m away.
