Description

The proposal is an alteration to existing warehouse with additional office floor. This was endorsed on 07/11/2025. We have made some minor alterations since the endorsed Condition 1 plans, part of this is to remove the previously proposed balcony. Therefore, we request for permit condition 1c, which references the balcony, to be removed from the permit. Please note that a previous secondary consent application was submitted on 14/11/2025 (reference no. PSEC25/0171). We are withdrawing that application and replacing it with this current S72 amendment as per discussion with council.
