11 Watson Street, Bondi NSW 2026
- Description
- Remove one (1) Araucaria heterophylla (Norfolk Island Pine), one (1) unknown species and one (1) Radermachera sinica (China Doll) from the front yard and replace with three (3) small-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. Norfolk Island Pine: This tree is growing out of a raised soil mound and is in an inappropriate and unsustainable location. It is only a small specimen however it has the potential to reach massive proportions. The limited soil volume will be unable to sustain the tree's mature proportions, it is highly probable that the tree will impact the front boundary fence and/or fail entirely due to limited space for it to develop anchoring roots. It is recommended that it be removed and replaced as soon as possible. Unknown species: This tree is impacting the corner of the front boundary fences which it is growing out from underneath. The wall is in a state of disrepair, conduct the works the tree will need to be removed. China Doll: This tree has the potential to reach massive proportions, it is only small however it has poor structure, it has co-dominant stems and is growing within proximity to the front boundary fence which it will inevitably damage as its trunks expand.
