Addition of a 50 sqm unroofed, east-facing deck (Clarendon Street) on Level 3. 5. Enlargement of the Level 4 floor area to accommodate a revised toilet layout. 6. Extension of lounge area (previously kitchen) to the south-west on level 4, adding 18sqm. 7. Extension of the Level 4 deck eastwards (overall reduction of 9 sqm in total deck area).
