Proposed amendments to permit pre-amble: Delete the permit trigger under Clause 44.05 2 from the preamble to correct a clerical error, as the Special Building Overlay does not apply to the site. Proposed amendments to Plans: 1. General internal alterations across multiple levels. 2. Alterations to the shroud feature, façade details, planter boxes, water tank, roof coverage, windows and doors. 3. Extension of building to the south-west to include a toilet and shower (2.8 m wide x 6.2 m long, 16sqm) on level 3. 4. Addition of a 50 sqm unroofed, east-facing deck (Clarendon Street) on Level 3. 5. Enlargement of the Level 4 floor area to accommodate a revised toilet layout. 6. Extension of lounge area (previously kitchen) to the south-west on level 4, adding 18sqm. 7. Extension of the Level 4 deck eastwards (overall reduction of 9 sqm in total deck area).
