Wall Street currently functions as a narrow local road with limited width, where vehicles frequently travel along the centre. This creates unsafe conditions for pedestrians and children riding bicycles.
Given the likelihood of increased traffic, I request consideration of a shared pedestrian/cycle pathway or traffic calming measures to improve safety for vulnerable road users.

Mango Avenue is a narrow road constrained by the mature mango trees where vehicles frequently travel along the centre, often at speeds in excess of the local limit. Visibility to road traffic from many of the driveways is limited by the trees. This creates unsafe conditions for people entering and leaving the properties along Mango Avenue in vehicles, as well as pedestrians crossing the road to access the park along Mango Avenue or to access the residences.
Given the likelihood of increased traffic associated with this proposed development, I request consideration of traffic calming measures to improve safety for all road users.
