Description

Remove one (1) Corymbia maculata (Spotted gum) from the rear of the backyard and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has died, cause unknown. It has minimal chance of recovery.
