- Remove one (1) Viburnum odoratissimum (Viburnum) from the rear yard, adjacent to the Short St boundary and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this tree presented in excellent health and condition, it is however on top of a water pipe that has been leaking water due to tree roots being wrapped around the pipes, as outlined in a comprehensive Plumber's report submitted with the application. As the tree matures the root system will expand causing ongoing damage to underground infrastructure.
