I think that the planning approval at 391 Diamond Beach Road Diamond Beach has been a long time coming.
It was my dad's dream to do this, sadly he was never given permission by council back in 1978.
He built six units instead and after a few more years sold this property with the six units he built . Since my dad sold, there has been 4 owners of this site that I know of, all making use of the six units. The third owner built the home and lived there for many years renting the units out. I'm just so happy to see my dad's dream come true, and to know until last year the units he built lasted all these years with basically very little upkeep.
The only (not so good comment) is that my husband and I would have loved to have bought into this subdivision but when we arrived in 2018 there were very few properties available. I wish the owners and new families all the best as this is a top spot to live. Thank you for sending this planning approval to me.
