85-87 Carrington Road, Queens Park NSW 2022
- Description
- Remove two (2) Persea americana (Avocado trees) next to the rear boundary and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. T1 is suffering from suspected canker infection which has compromised the tree's health, condition, and structure - there are several medium-sized epicormic stems and trunk decay. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk and should be removed. Both trees are in fair health and condition, they are suspected to have self-germinated and are in an inappropriate and unsustainable location. They are growing around a collapsing boundary fence, to reinstate the wall the trees will have to be removed.
