Hi there,
Could it please be clarified whether this application for a producer's license is to enable the applicant to sell alcohol at farmer's markets only, or is it to allow them to possibly conduct a business of producing and/or selling alcohol from a residential premises? ( If council approval is obtained?)
Any objection would be to the latter, as I believe these types of businesses should not be in residential areas but rather industrial areas ( of which there are plenty in Mornington) due to potential increases in noise from production and traffic ( eg from clients and couriers) and particularly on a street like the applicant's.
Many thanks
