- Remove four (4) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) in the backyard next to the rear boundary and replace with four medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These small trees are in fair to poor health with sparse canopies, tight branch unions and branch decay. They also have insufficient space to mature, it is recommended that they be removed and replaced before they reach massive proportions and damage structures. One (1) Phoenix canariensis in the backyard next removal refused.
